Book Your Stand

Booking your stand is simple!

Decide whether you would like a shell scheme package which includes electrics and lights or whether you would like space only so you can design and build your own stand.

Commercial Vehicles Middle East offers exhibitors four participation options:

  • Space Only @ US$275/sqm (minimum 30sqm)
    Consists of bare floor space for exhibitors wishing to design and build their own display stands
  • Shell Scheme @ US$330/sqm (minimum 15sqm)
    Includes aluminum stand with white walls, fascia with nameplate, carpeting, lighting, electricity, 1 table and 2 chairs (per 15 sqm stand)
  • Indoor Space Only stands over 100sqm @ US$ 175/sqm
  • Outside Vehicle Display Area @ US$150/sqm (minimum 50sqm)
